- Conduct targeted phone, text, and email outreach to Camden U leads & track all incoming Camden U/Teacher Pathway candidates and meticulously document their progress through the enrollment process - Coach and advise 20+ Bachelor's of Arts candidates on college competencies; coach and advise 30+ teacher pathway fellows using the platform study.com- Effectively help 25+ Teacher Pathway fellows register for their required Praxis exams and apply for their Certificate of Eligibility which is needed to obtain a standard teaching license in New Jersey- Aggregate data containing the amount of projects/coursework submitted and mastered, federal aid and feedback in order to best support and advise candidates within the program- Conduct detailed informational sessions for about 10-15 program applicants weekly; curate program orientations for accepted Teacher Pathway fellows quarterly- Successfully co-leads Camden U's Teacher Pathway Program
