Sidiki is based in Bamako / Mali and has worked with Save the Children since 2010, first as Program Manager “Research Program evaluating the impact of agricultural loans to farmers of Mali, before becoming in 2013 Technical Advisor in Food Security Livelihoods with Save the Children International (SCI), designated as the focal point for child poverty. Since March 2021, he has been the senior child poverty Advisor, Climate focal point. He holds an engineering degree in Agriculture and agricultural engineering from the Rural Polytechnic Institute (IPR), Mali and a Masters in Planning and environment project design in eco-development at USTL1, France. From 1990 to the present, Sidiki has ensured the implementation and supervision of many development and humanitarian projects in livelihoods sector. through the Micro Achievement Program of the Canada Mali Cooperation, Islamic Relief UK, Ingenieur-Gesellschaft für Internationale Planungdessusgaben mbH (iGiP), FAO, Afrique verte international. Sidiki as Program Director at IslamiC Relief UK (IRUK) Mali supported the IRUK Banda office atché / Indonesia during the Tsunami. Currently he focuses much more on the following key activities: driving the quality of the program, lead strategic planning. During the concept note and proposal design stage of Development Foods Security Activity, USAID/FFP 72DFF20RFA00001 (60,000,000 USD), Sidiki was the technical lead of Save the Children Country office. He has completed the silver Household Economy Analysis Common Approach. He is SCI Mali Technical referent of all food security livelihoods and resilience projects.
