Sidi O. SOUEINA, PhDsidi.soueina@mifitt.netBiographyDr. Sidi Soueina graduated with a PhD in information technology from Saitama University in Japan in 2000. He then worked Β as a scientist at the Motorola Laboratories in Sydney Australia for several years before moving to the USA, where he taught and did research in higher education. Dr. Sidi did various short trainings at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston USA), at mcGill university in Montreal and Northeastern University, Boston USA in product developement and project management. Sidi moved to Mauritania in 2014 where he is helping the civil society and the government by implementing best practices training, innovation and technology acquisition. He founded the international conference on training and tele-training technology (iC4T 2014 and 2016) and the MiFiTT Institute www.mifitt.net in 2015. Sidi is fluent in English, French, Arabic in addition to the Japanese. Professor Soueina teaches computer science at the Ecole Polytechnique de Mauritanie. He has authored over fifteen publications which appeared in journal and international conferences around the world.
