Sid leads TP Infinity, the digital services arm of Teleperformance, with over 3000 consulting, data, tech and digital marketing practitioners in 20 countries around the world.

Sid served as the global Chief Digital Officer at TP Group - one of the world's largest digital business services companies with 500,000 employees across 100 countries.

Sid led the TAP (Transformation & Knowledge Services) function globally at Teleperformance. TP has over 1500 TAP or Knowledge Services professionals with capabilities in areas such as Process Consulting, Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation. On a daily basis, our diverse group of process designers, researchers, data analysts, automation and digital experts help our clients with their digital transformation objectives.

As part of the Excom of TP, Digital & Integrated Business Services, Sid led the transformation agenda for the division, besides co-managing the Praxidia Knowledge Services consulting arm of TP and leading the Global Digital CoE.

Sid was part of the management team at Intelenet, a Blackstone PE-owned global services firm. Besides pursuing organic and inorganic growth opportunities, Sid led the 200+ Transition & Transformation (T&T) group at Intelenet. Sid was part of the core team, besides the CEO and CFO, that led the sell-side mandate for Intelenet, culminating in the $1 Billion acquisition by Teleperformance in 2018. Earlier in 2011, Sid was part of the core team at Serco, that led the buy-side mandate resulting in a $650 Million acquisition of Intelenet by Serco.

As services strategy lead at Nestlé, Sid led the conceptualization and implementation of a Service Delivery Model (SDM) framework to facilitate enterprise-wide executive decision-making on global sourcing strategies - above-market vs in-market, centers of scale vs centers of competence, outsourcing vs captive, global hub vs regional spokes, delivery locations etc. After developing the SDM methodology, Sid worked with a wide variety of functional stakeholders to develop operating models cutting across service areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contact Center, Master Data, eCommerce, Digital, Consumer Experience, Social Media & Business Analytics.

As head of Strategy & M&A at Serco Global Services, Sid led the strategy planning and execution for Serco's BPO business worldwide. Sid led Serco into emerging markets such as South Africa (organically) and Saudi Arabia (inorganically). In addition to his Strategy hat at Serco, Sid also led the Knowledge Services P&L at Serco.

Sid was part of a four member global strategy and new markets team at Serco Group plc. Sid worked on developing and executing the Group's global BPO strategy which led to the $634 million acquisition of Intelenet Global Services in Apr 2011 and a few other tuck-ins (The Listening Company, Vertex, Excelior). Sid worked as a part of the core Serco due diligence team leading the Intelenet acquisition and also led the post-merger integration.In addition, Sid also drove Serco's strategic thinking for emerging markets globally. This encompassed:- Market entry strategy for Latin America with a focus on markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Chile- Strategic plans for entering new sectors in India such as Healthcare, Transport and Education- Working with the leadership of Serco Middle East to enter new sectors such as Defence and drive expansion across new markets such as KSA, Qatar- Refining Serco's Asia-Pacific strategy across sectors such as Defence, Healthcare, Justice, Immigration and Transport

While at Everest Group, a global sourcing strategy firm, Sid advised buyers and suppliers of outsourcing services, in addition to other stakeholders like governments and industry associations. On the buyer-side, Sid ran a six month solution design exercise for a mega-ITO transaction besides helping buyers on enterprise sourcing strategies, business cases, contract transformation and renegotiation. On the supplier-side, Sid worked on different aspects of provider strategies such as globalization and product-market strategies.

As one of Nortel’s first Black Belts in Asia, Sid was responsible for driving business process improvement and change. During his tenure, Sid also mentored Green Belts in the Asia-Pacific region and created organizational awareness about the Lean Six Sigma transformation program.

As a consultant with IBM BCS (earlier PwC Consulting) based out of Delhi and Bangkok, Sid was primarily focused on the telecom sector.

Sid worked as a Consultant with the Process Improvement practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Consulting.

Sid developed a financial lifecycle marketing strategy for wealth management of priority banking customers of HSBC India.
