Corporate Business Support Engineer
Current• Assess the feasibility of technical solutions, evaluating link designs provided by internal teams and external vendors.• Design and manage feasibility studies and solutions for fixed products such as VPBX, SIP, PRIs, DWDM, DPLC/IPLC, DIA/IPT, SDWAN, MPLS, M2M, DICT, FTTH, FTTR, Bulk SMS and related IoT services.• Develop business cases and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to assist ESS/GCSS teams in technical solution design and documentation.• Supervise in-house vendor e-bidding processes, conducting technical evaluations aligned with project scopes (Civil, MW, OFC).• Coordinate project progress, ensuring seamless deployment of wireless and wired solutions and resolve deployment-related conflicts with internal and vendor teams.• Provide innovative workarounds and solutions in collaboration with the GCSS team to meet customer requirements during deployments.• Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for technical solutions, planning and project execution.• Maintain and update trackers and databases, ensuring timely completion of project documentation.• Prepare weekly presentations summarizing pre- and post-sales activities including ongoing project updates for senior management.• Deliver post-sales technical support by interfacing with customers, vendors and internal (L1 & L2) teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues across services (PRI, SIP, DIA, DPLC/IPLC, M2M, GSM, FTTH, VPBX, DICT and corporate connectivity).• Conduct on-site visits to verify enterprise services and resolve troubleshooting issues.• Verify vendor invoices (monthly/quarterly), support SLA reconciliation and enforce penalties for SLA breaches.• Collaborate with HQ CBS and Planning teams on the integration and testing of various products and services.
