My professional experience is primarily in Leadership, Collaboration and Cloud. I've worked since 1999 as an innovator and creative strategist in the Litigation Support community at large. My specialties are best presented in organizational alignment, new product development, product evangelism and process enhancement. I like to think that I bring a much needed human element to the challenges i'm presented with. I've also played a significant role in the development and launch of these successful service offerings. I am an integral part of human resource development, recruiting and management within our organization. I act as an escalation point for our project management team, team leads, our hosted services and our operations teams. I work closely with marketing, business development and training initiatives. I also oversee and participate directly within our software development initiatives.My true passion is found in business development, in designing new strategies and in helping to launch new workflows and offerings.
