Sidney served as a liaison between each Projects Superintendent, Manger, Engineer, and Owner throughout the execution of each phase of the construction process.Responsibilities include:- Coordinating with engineers, architects, owners, and superintendents to determine the specifications of the project- Drafting Change Order Requests (COR's) and Requests for Information (RFI's) to be submitted to project engineer- Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met- Communicating with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met- Obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for building site
