I do freelance website development, copywriting, content production, campaign development and graphics for small business in the Minnesota-Wisconsin area.

For a week out of each year I volunteer as a full time day and night counselor for a youth camp that takes place in Wisconsin for children with a parent or guardian that has Multiple Sclerosis. I become responsible for the care and safety of up to 20 children 24 hours a day for 6 days. My responsibilities include parent disclosure about illness or injury, overseeing of medications, leading focus groups about how MS effects their lives and planning activities such as talent shows and games.

As the project coordinating intern my job was to work with a team to compile a budget and list of general contracting work for customers in need of an elevator modernization for a yearly capital planner. I also designed the template including copy for the capital planners sent to over 50 separate customers. This internship was a rare opportunity in that I was given sole responsibility for the project and got to reach out to customers for feedback and dialogue.
