These have included designing, scripting, testing and implementing applications, and performing diagnosis and troubleshooting functions. I have extensive experience in Vmware Vsphere, Microsoft Linux based platforms (including SQL, SharePoint, Exchange), plus significant experience in the design, development and support of client/server databases (XML, MS-SQL Server) and web-based applications. I also possess a strong working understanding of PABX systems which includes VOIP and dialer management and control.In my current and previous roles, I have developed and maintained relationships with key business stakeholders to understand the scope of system change requests, and address their technical and business development needs.
