Marine Surveyor and Auditor Deputy Manager• Responsible for coordination of Marine Surveyors and Auditors in Brazil that inspect and audit ships and carry out class and flag surveys in accordance with the regulations of Bureau Veritas and international regulations as SOLAS, MARPOL, ILO and other conventions. Constant negotiation with diverse stakeholders like owners, managers, superintendents, general managers, agents and surveyors. Tecnitas Inspection Coordinator• Responsible for client negotiation, preparation of proposals, coordination of the Surveyors, fees. A big portfolio of small and medium projects related to marine inspections, works and evaluations.Offshore Surveyor / Operability Consultant• Surveys on board platforms inspect and carry out class and flag surveys in accordance with the regulations of Bureau Veritas and international regulations as MODU, MARPOL, ILO and other conventions.• Training of the coordinators responsible by the certification of operability of Platform P53.

On/Offshore Commissioning Coordinator• Responsible for activities related to preservation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, assisted operation of P50 Platform including Performance and acceptance tests of all plants - process, facilities and barge; • Coordination of activities related to platform release to Campos Basin, acting directly in the control of outstanding items, organization and schedule of services and test to be executed, including mechanical, instrumentation and electrical disciplinesPlatform: FPSO P-50 Department Coordinator• Coordination of Commissioning Engineering Team responsible for technical documents elaboration including: - Control commissioning lists, - Pre-commissioning test procedures, - Functional test procedures, - Performance and Acceptance Tests procedures;• Responsible for obtaining the commissioning documents approval together with Petrobras;• Punch list closure together with Petrobras;Platforms: FPSO P-50 and Re-pumping and Gas Transfer Platform - PRA-108/2002 to 05/2004 Halliburton (Forship Engenharia Ltda.) Data Books Coordinator and Claims Team Coordinator• Coordination of Commissioning Engineering Team responsible for documents revision including: - O&M Manual review and revisions, - Translation review of O&M Manual, - Correction and updating of engineering documentation;• Expediting of manual inserts from numerous engineers and manufacturers;• Responsible for obtaining the manuals approval together with Petrobras;• Management of technical documentation using software like IPMS and Documentum;• Responsible for collecting and identifying engineering and purchase documents for the project’s management and consultants working in Halliburton Claims;• Responsible for attending the requests of engineering and purchase documents from Halliburton Houston Office.Platforms: FPSO P-43 and FPSO P-48

2nd Engineer / Marine EngineerResponsibilities included:• Supervision of Operation and Maintenance Team for: - Electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Steam generation plants (including boilers water treatment) - Thermal oil plants - Energy generators (diesel generators and/or axels generators); - Industrial pumps- Fuel oil and lubricant (purification/clarification) treatment processes - Frigorific and central air conditioning systems - Compressed air production, storage and treatment - Inert gas generation, production, storage and operation - Fire-fighting systems;• Management and control of spare parts and predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities using SafeNet program;• Working in Audits from Shell, Sire 2000 and internal Audits (Transpetro/Petrobras) to attend international regulations such as Solas and flags regulations;• Equipment’s Surveillance during 03 (three) dry dockings where all naval and utilities systems were commissioned being inspected, tested and started up.Tanker Vessels: MV Nara, MV Lages, MV Itajubá, MV Itaituba, MV Lindóia
