As Battalion Commander of the 1st Engineer Battalion consisting of 900 personnel across nine diverse units in six different countries with the mission to provide technically and tactically trained Engineering, Signal, Intelligence, Military Police, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Chemical enablers to the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), 1st Infantry Division. Helmed the training, maintenance, discipline, care, and deployable readiness of the senior leaders, mid-level managers, and subordinate personnel.• Served as the Mission Command COVID-19 prevention efforts for six months resulting in reducing the spread.• Planned, resourced, and executed three-division rail operations and one port operation resulting in the movement of more than 3.6K+ pieces of equipment by rail and 1.5K of equipment by ship.• Lead the US Army new equipment fielding of the Heavy Equipment Mobility System, which consisted of 60+ tactical tasks and resulted in the 1st Engineer Battalion becoming the first Army unit to field this equipment by providing guidance and managing resources through supervising, managing, monitoring, and controlling the work. • Certified 100% of personnel and 12 wheeled vehicles, maintained a minimum of 90% medically deployable, 90% weapons qualification rate, 90% operational readiness rate, and 100% crew qualification rate, which created enduring systems and operational procedures that maximized organizational efficiencies.• Fostered an environment focus on personnel wellness by developing a team focus to support increased resilience across the five dimensions of strength: emotional, family, physical, spiritual, and social, which resulted in a drop in suicidal ideations, DUI/alcohol-related incidents, and violent actions.

Served as the Division Engineer for the 1st Infantry and Calvary Divisions, responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, synchronizing, and supervising all engineer operations within the division. Coordinated management of all engineer operations within the Division including those in support of the European Theater and Afghanistan. Created systems and processes to manage construction projects on Fort Riley, within the European Theater, and in Afghanistan.• Oversaw the headquarters realignment, managing the transfer of 55 buildings between 6 separate units consisting of 600+ personnel across 4 brigades consisting of 12K+ personnel. • Managed closure of 20 conventional and special operations bases valued at $200M+ and 48 training ranges.• Directed all engineer operations in Regional Command South such as route clearance, bridge repair, rapid road repair and $700M+ of infrastructure projects. • Oversaw transfer of $100M+ of Foreign Property to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA).

Chief of Operations and Security for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (HNC), a major subordinate division of USACE comprised of 1K+ civilians and contractors. Directed the development, coordination, and tracking of all military training and providing supervision and oversight of HNC's command response to civil disaster and national or local security emergency events. Further responsible for ensuring that the workforce is adhering to force protection standards.• Managed $4.6M+ of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds to fund 150+ individual deployers, ensuring staff section ran efficiently while contributing to overall hurricane response mission.• Oversaw the annual training program for 1K+ civilian employees and coordinated input to the Command Strategic Review (CSR) with the United States Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters.

Battalion Operation Officer for the 475 Division Engineer Agency in the 3rd Armored Division Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, preparing for and deploying in support of overseas contingency operations, consisting of five units including a headquarters unit, two elite combat engineer units, a communications unit, and a forward support unit. Integrated human resources, intelligence, security operations, engineering, force protection, logistics, and communications architecture into project and program planning to achieve organizational goals; managing the current operations section in monitoring and controlling continuous operations; supervising the construction cell's support to higher echelons; and monitoring training area and ammunition resourcing in pursuit of the organization's goals.• Developed a diverse team, leveraging adjacent unit resources during five high stake operations, and ensuring support to task forces within the Agency.• Balanced the synchronization of leadership with the anticipation of resources for teams set against mission support operations.

U.S. Army Houston Recruiting Battalion as the Recruiting Director of a United States Army Recruiting Agency consisting of seven recruiting stations geographically dispersed throughout 825 square miles within the city of Houston. Charged with the health, welfare, discipline, and training of 45 personnel and their families. Directed the professional development and training standards of all subordinate personnel, while providing oversight and guidance on accountability and maintenance of all assigned equipment which included $1M across 30 government vehicles and eight facilities.• Increased a total of 31% in combined volume production goals from Fiscal Year 2010 to Fiscal Year 2011.• Reduced a 28% future personnel loss in Fiscal Year 2010 to a 12% future personnel loss in Fiscal Year 2011, the lowest amount for the company compared to previous years; furthermore, this was accomplished this with zero substantiated Recruit Instructors and a 100% company reenlistment rate. • Planned and executed recruiting events, to include participating as the ground commander for the Salute to Military Services weekend, held in Kemah, Texas that was attended and given high praise by the United States Army Recruiting Commanding General.
