Developed the training materials for the Monroe Ride and Drive events, eLearning content, and provide the technical training material for the field sales staff. In ongoing efforts to ensure exceptional account service while in the region, I work with the field sales staff to provide support in enhancing their sales abilities with new ways to educate their customers on product knowledge to ensure optimum customer retention. Effectively executes the Ride and Drive technical training events to include the coordination the logistics with vendors. Increased volume from 2.5 to over 5 million through hands on Technical Sales Training and Development of Independent Programs. Assisted in the acquisition of Tenneco’s largest competitive warehouse distributor in the Northeast region with an estimated volume of five million dollars annually. Established new program wide philosophies for Technical Sales Training. Organize and conduct annual conferences for the Northeast region. Organize and conduct National Sales Training for all new employees and develop sales training material for new employees.
