Managed the Retail Finance MIS department. The department supported the Retail Branch Network, National Service Center and the firm’s bonus incentive plan. Created business intelligence reports for corporate and regional management from our Retail Incentives Datamart. Maintained and supported the Datamart databases and ETL programs. The Datamart was designed to track and analyze net new assets, new accounts, and trade projections. Supported the distribution of sales performance data (Client Up-Sales Campaign) to Enterprise Analysts, Corporate Finance, and Senior Management. Sales performance data was a critical component for quarterly commission estimates. Lead several cost leadership exercises to reduce the firm’s expense exposure from internal reporting by implement low cost technologies to solve business requirements.

Developed operational, exception and audit reports for back-office operations utilizing Crystal Info Server.
