Senior Business Analyst
Assigned full time to the actuarial project called “Life of claim”. The project tracked the claim from initial acceptance to the finalization, providing analytical and operational reports for the business in terms of costs, general performance and evaluation of solicitors and partners. The role involved tasks such as interviewing business users, gathering requirements, reviewing and writing business requirements report specifications, data mapping and data analysis. Achievements• Developed and produced (using SAS) operational reports to manage claims workload.• Coordinated the solicitor bordereaux process insuring the reports were completed downloaded and available to be analysed • Provided background and contextual information to assist the actuarial team to build the life of claim framework• Developed and produced(using SAS) operational reports to track the allocation of claims among Avant Law and the external legal firms• Support background and contextual information regarding the implementation of the claim complexity measures• Developed and Produced (using SAS) the KPI report for the Claims Department
