Bar-coding plays an integral part of the efficiency of the Inspection App.

Responsible for the migration of “spreadsheet” data to a .sql based database system (our current CMMS) for better reporting.This included implementing, managing, and fine-tuning our “new” inspection program for the Contracts Inspection team, as well as generating, and designing new customized reports/graphs (through Crystal Reports) to reflect the progress of our contracts, as well as the progress and efficiency of the inspection team’s efforts. Constantly analyzing our contracts and methods to better track and rate them for more efficient reporting. Involved in an on-going effort to produce much more refined reports to better understand where improvements are needed. This involves producing individualized reports for the COTR’s which will tie in the deficiencies called in by the work order desk with their performance.Main job duties include the day-to-day inspections of our contracts throughout the airport campus, and tracking their performance through our ratings system. Also assist the Contracting Representatives with escorting, as well as performing reference checks.Also responsible for assembling the Standard Operating Procedures for the inspection team, as well as organizing the folders in our network drive.
