Soon to be a graduate of Appalachian State University's Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. I plan on doing an Internship with the Nutritionist here at Appalachian State athletics and to further my education, I plan on applying to grad school here at Appalachian state for Nutrition and Dietician. My aim is to bring what I've learned through my own experience with nutrition being an athlete and feeding my body properly for performance and some day plan on helping other do the same.
