Oversee the Rooms Division; Front Office, Housekeeping, Bell & Valet Service, Spa, Guest Experience, and Security at a Luxury Resort.

Opening in February 2021, beachfront resort in North County San Diego.

- Responsible for managing and scheduling over 100 employees.-Training and hiring new staff members.-Responsible for managing the expenses for the entire Rooms Division, purchasing, month end, and inventory.-Managed monthly linen inventory and quarterly linen purchasing.-Awarded Leader of The Month for September 2017.

-Responsibilities included overseeing the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and Communications departments.-Handled all purchasing, inventory, payroll, and scheduling for the Front Office Department.-Created training and incentive programs to increase employee development and team development.

- Gained comprehensive exposure by training in every hotel department. -Increased understanding of the hospitality industry and its demands.-Completed inclusive training programs within the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

As the hospitality intern for the Resort at Port Ludlow I was fortunate enough to gain a lot of experience and knowledge by working in multiple hospitality departments at the resort. My official position for the summer of 2013 was a Front Desk representative, but I also worked in the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Banquet departments over the course of the summer months. My responsibilities’ at the Front Desk were to check guests in and out, make room reservations, update various marketing materials, work with group guests, manage the Maestro Hospitality Management Software System, and provide quality guest service. While in school I worked remotely for the resort by assisting them with marketing and advertising projects.

I worked for the Coug Housing Leasing Agency under the Horizon Realty Advisors Company.I served as the Marketing Intern and advertise the current promotions and offers for the leasing agency on College Hill, located within Washington State University.
