I trained over a dozen individuals in supportive care for neonatal kittens, resulting in the overall growth of SCHS's foster program by over 150%- Led the community cat education initiative, during which we invited civic groups and community leaders to build winter shelters for community cats that were distributed throughout Stephens County- Launched a brand new volunteer and foster program. Created an online application process for volunteers and fosters, as well as the first educational materials and orientation programs for SCHS's volunteer base- Transitioned SCHS to online CRM system (Salsa CRM & Engage) and served as sole administrator- Coordinated online giving day campaigns for SCHS, resulting in just under $40,000 additional funds for the organization -
