In this role, I function as the single point-of-contact for all on-going contractual and service issues for our healthcare provider & hospital clients. The role entails facilitating the strategic alignment of client initiatives, investigating and resolving client system and reimbursement issues, as well as educating internal and external customers on our ever-evolving suite of insurance product offerings.

Gathered, analyzed, and reported clinical data surrounding claim decisions made by the Medicare division. This included designing and maintaining multiple databases, data retrieval and research, as well as creating reports that provide decision makers, state compliance agencies, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with the data required to make decisions and monitor company performance.

Compiled consultative healthcare/financial analyses and reports to corporate clients & predicted the financial impact of health plan initiatives. Utilized Cognos to generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports and presented the final presentations to clients.

Managed pension fund administration, billing, collections, and reconciliations for 180 corporate accounts. Directed an annuity & financial compensation contract research project, resulting in revenue gains.

Assisted Economics department professors in grading, undergraduate instruction activities, proofreading PHD level studies, and student progress monitoring.
