To co-ordinate and facilitate QATSICPP’s external training programs.To promote QATSICPP’s external training and liaise with relevant Managers to co-ordinate participant attendance.To prepare and update resources in relation to QATSICPP’s external training.To coordinate all aspects relating to the delivery of external training by QATSICPP, including catering, room set up, preparation of certificates etc.To evaluate and review the training and learning activities provided, to ensure these activities are responsive to the changing needs of staff, clients and other stakeholders.To assist in the development of training materials in key practice areas where appropriate, and provide cultural advice to ensure all materials are culturally relevant, respectful and effective.To consult, liaise and negotiate with QATSICPP P Managers and staff to identify the training and learning needs of program participants.To develop data systems and maintain records relating to all reporting and administrative requirements associated with the provision of training.To undertake other duties as directed.
