Sr Collateral Analyst for Post Closing, promoted to Supervisor at Keller Mortgage. Reviewing all Executed Closing Documents from closing of a mortgage, working closely with Title to correct any mistakes and prepare the mortgage file to be sent to the Investor.

Funding Analyst for Consumer Auto Loans working closely with the Finance Managers at the Dealerships, processing the loans via obtaining Credit Reports, calculating DTI and LTV. Processing VOE's and Verification of Residence. Requesting any additional documentation that the underwriter required and reviewing all Auto Finance Contracts in their entirety. Requesting any corrections that need to be made and finally funding the deal to the dealership at completion.

Worked in various departments at Chase starting in Mortgage Customer Service - Moving to Chase Private Client Team - Credit Card Fraud Department - Credit Card Underwriting Department and ending in the Default Mortgage Underwriting Department specializing in underwriting Modifications. Was unfortunately caught up in a mass layoff in summer of 2017 in Phoenix, AZ.
