• Within one year of arriving on site, became the Working for Families subsystem owner and go-to developer for FAM-related questions. This subsystem is approximately 80% site-built
• Developed and managed testing for bug fixes, design changes, and mini-projects within the FAM subsystem affecting millions of accounts and tens of millions of dollars in disbursements weekly
• After being chosen as the supporting developer for a massive KiwiSaver (New Zealand's retirement scheme cashflow management system) overhaul, quickly learned a complex, financial subsystem in order to meaningfully.
• Lead developer and backup project manager for the Tax system's Annual Changes 6-month long 2021 and 2022 projects
• Developed and managed the testing & implementation of a tool allowing users to directly correct bad converted and native KiwiSaver data, through our system's interface, without further damaging it's integrity
• Completed an upgrade project for the call centre-interfacing Visit subsystem, improving performance times by 40-60% and eliminating the top 3 interventions

• Managed design decisions and guiding the implementation of configuration/code changes for the Inventory, e-Services, Designated Agents, Financial, and Receipting subsystems for the Mississippi Automated Registration.
• Supported end-users at the Mississippi DOR by being the go-to 'FASTie' for majority of client questions about potential MARVIN system issues
• Reviewed and approved Solution designs and configuration/code migrations of 4 team members

• Completed the Design, Implementation, and Testing management of the Plate Reissue project over 6 months (in VB.net and T-SQL) which affected 75% of 3.5 million ownership accounts in the system, and boasted a 99%.
