Current• Analyze client’s HR business needs through client working sessions and support development of new business processes and a future state design.• Co-piloted the implementation of Workday Severance Configuration using Workday as the HRIS platform to support 35k employees • Analyze client’s HR business needs through client working sessions and support development of new business processes and a future state design.• Document identified Workday application weaknesses and mitigating control• Develop and implement solutions for failures and gaps in internal controls and correct security vulnerabilities • Responsible for creating, designing and implementing SOX audits to ensure integrity and maintenance of workday data• Configuring security, process flows, and notifications for HCM Business Processes within Workday • Conducting penetration testing to determine possible vulnerabilities that could be exploited by unauthorized users in Workday• Day to day support of Workday HCM, Workday Mobile and Workday Severance • Investigate unused Workday functionality and provided recommendations for enhancements• Designing regression testing scenarios for the integrations during upgrades.• Configuring functionality for new areas within Workday HCM System and providing real-time planning and analysis visibility to all levels of management• Configuring new EIBs based on the requirements.• Configuring major group structures such as severance and supervisory organizations• Monitoring the integrations configured in Workday on daily basis.• Designing regression testing scenarios for the integrations during upgrades.• Creating custom reports and calculated fields to fetch the required data from the tenant.• Configuring Custom Reports into Worklets and Related Actions of Workday Objects
