I am a hospitality professional with a diploma of education in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Savannah Technical College. I have a passion for customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and creative thinking, which I have demonstrated in various roles in the service industry. Most recently, I worked as a banquet server at Perry Lane Hotel, a luxury collection hotel in Savannah. I delivered exceptional service to guests, handled large-scale events, and implemented new processes and systems. I also have experience as a server at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and McKinley Creekside Cafe, where I developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
