The core purpose of this role was to provide software consultancy, primarily during an implementation project and post-go-live support. Responsibilities1. Assist all end users with technical support of computer hardware, software, and related technology. 2. Logging of all support calls and documenting their outcome to facilitate resolution of common queries 3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of computers and other peripheral products e.g. printers, scanners and other media drives.4. Installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals5. Automating, administration and maintaining systems concerned with collation and distribution of accurate, timely data for membership access at service providers.3. Migration activities such as coordination and supervision, audit and reporting, issue resolution, and supervising Post Migration Activities5.
