The core purpose of this role was to provide software consultancy, primarily during an implementation project and post-go-live support. Core tasks included analysis of business data & processes, requirements elicitation, scope definition, product configuration, demos & training, support, testing, documentation, and ensuring a smooth switchover to Production. Responsibilities1. Consulted with ongoing clients to analyze their customer needs and define requirements, recommend alternative solutions to current processes, and anticipate changes for incorporating these processes into their systems.2. Aligned with Project Managers across multiple simultaneous projects to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and meet project delivery timelines3. Subject matter expert for the document, workflow, and online applications 4. Reviewed and collaborated with third-party entities to create and improve integrations and data availability5. Documented functional and technical product specifications to aid in product development in line with the client/project roadmap 6. Produced manuals and guides for product features and enhancements upon feature review and acceptance from relevant stakeholders.7. Facilitated user training and testing.8. Deployed technical and functional components including configuring, modifying, and customizing scripts, databases, web resources and relevant underlying data.

Responsibilities1. Assist all end users with technical support of computer hardware, software, and related technology. 2. Logging of all support calls and documenting their outcome to facilitate resolution of common queries 3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of computers and other peripheral products e.g. printers, scanners and other media drives.4. Installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals5. Install and configure operating systems and other software per Avenue Group policies6. Ensures the Avenue Group Website is maintained and information is up to date7. Performs upgrades on systems at the hospital and other branch clinics8. Liaising with approved suppliers and sourcing for quotations for the purchase of hardware9. Training and orienting staff on the use of hardware and Software10. Compile and maintain adequate inventory of Hardware and Software11. Preparing and carrying out regular preventive maintenance schedules of computers / peripherals at the hospital as well as branch clinics12. Coordinating special projects including installation of any technical equipment and networks. 13. Assisting the Network Administrator in overseeing the day to day administration of the computer networks

Responsibilities1. Collaborating with the project team to ensure understanding, co-ordination, and documentation of project tasks and expected timelines. 2. Automating, administration and maintaining systems concerned with collation and distribution of accurate, timely data for membership access at service providers.3. Assisting in business analysis, testing, and configuration activities.4. Migration activities such as coordination and supervision, audit and reporting, issue resolution, and supervising Post Migration Activities5. Building and maintaining reports and other outputs required by different business sections.6. Installation, maintenance and support of business applications and other support tasks as may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities1. Administration of medical insurance membership listings and eligibility.2. Regular communication with members and medical service providers regarding membership.3. Liaison with internal department on member issues resolution.4. Creating and maintaining membership databases to track data versions and changes.5. Generating regular reports on the membership portfolio for distribution to management and service providers. 6. Regular audit of the membership profile and issued cards at service providers.7. Reconciliation and ensuring adherence to reinsurance requirements.8. Logging, follow-up and resolution of issues pertaining to membership and access to services.9. Compiling, generating and communicating to individual members with regards to issues concerning outpatient utilization and membership status
