At 14, I took my first job in the youth sports industry, assistant coaching soccer classes. Little did I know that this experience would ignite a flame within me to empower young athletes to thrive on and off the field.By the time I turned 18, I had taken on the director role at a 500+ kid sports camp. Here, I’ve had the privilege of shaping a positive and inclusive sports environment for hundreds of children.
