-Research Current Affairs in North American Health Care -Create Educational Content for Potential Candidates for NCLEX-RN Examination-Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Entities

Primarily geri-psych & dementia care

-Registered nurse or Admission Nurse for palliative care program (I fulfill and work both roles)-Provide holistic and culturally competent care-Scheduled and symptomatic medication management-Behavioural and psychological charting and monitoring -Counsel family through end of life planning and preparation-Post-mortem care

-Conduct mental state examinations to patients being held in a maximum security psychiatric forensic unit-Administer medication (including potentially hazardous substances) to patients in critically acute settings-Motivational interviewing of patients being held for assessments while serving criminal sentences in penitentiaries or in forensic psychiatric hospital-Inter-collaboration with professionals including: forensic psychiatrists, medical physicians, protective services, forensic regional managers, registered psychiatric nurses, psychiatric aides, & more

-Behavioural and psychological charting and monitoring -Medication distribution-Activities of daily life care including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, perineal care, psychological counselling and resident schedule coordination

-One-on-one care for children living with cognitive and physical disability-Full care provided including meal assistance and perineal care-Interdisciplinary collaboration with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and transportation to/from program-Administering and monitoring G-tube feedings while following care plans-Experience with de-escalation management and non-verbal communication
