Sidney worked for me as the Project Manager on a Compliance Service Center project during her internship and was responsible for researching, developing and leading a workgroup charged with creating a working prototype for an issues management, resolution and communication process and system serving the clients of the Northern California Regional Compliance, Ethics and Integrity Department of Kaiser Permanente. Sidney was a joy to work with: solution-oriented, thoughtful, thorough in her research and tenacious in her drive to deliver results, she communicated her progress very well throughout the project and delivered high quality results on or ahead of time during each phase of the work.
