Full-time contract position with NIH Clinical Center Office of Employee Ethics

Responsible for research, literature review, data analysis, financial analysis, contract review, audits, meeting coordination, and report development within the following areas:• NCQA Accreditation• CAHPS• Provider Satisfaction• HEDIS• Medical Coding (ICD, CPT)• Value-Based Purchasing

• Assist course instructor with classroom management, exams, materials, and record keeping for SPHL100 - Foundations of Public Health• Prepare and teach weekly discussion sections for 4 sections / 80 students• Create and grade all course materials, exams, and presentations in a timely manner

• Developed and refined a Quality Assurance Performance Tracking tool for Contact Center agents• Researched local and nationwide community outreach methods and target market penetration for clinical trial patient recruitment• Restructured office shared drive folder structure and electronic file storage system• Organized available intramural resources for extracurricular employee training opportunities
