Current• Successfully performed in multiple project-management capacities throughout extensive tenure, communicating with 8 cross-functional team members regularly and building relationships across the company to ensure goal achievement. • Facilitated the successful delivery of over 49 offshore and surface drilling rig projects, collaborating across internal departments and with external stakeholders to ensure on-time completion.• Functioned as Lead Technical Support Engineer for a series of projects totaling over $450M during transition period of projects group overseas, leading the verification of accuracy and thoroughness of QA process.• Operated as Interim Engineering Projects Group Manager while providing training to new team members, facilitating new group structure and project execution format to ensure proper customer support from initial design through project completion for project deliverables. • Serves as coordinator between internal departments including Project Management, Product Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure engineering deliverables were complete in a timely and accurate manner.• Reviews quotes, customer purchase orders, sales orders, and technical specifications to ensure project scope is fully defined and captured per the customer’s requirements. • Creates and implements procedures for engineering requests which increased overall accuracy and efficiency, reducing missed deliverables over the project life-cycle.• Serves as main point of contact for Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd (DNVGL) 3rd party engineering design reviews and equipment certification.• Creates design approval packages for review by 3rd party organization to demonstrate the suitability of the design to function as intended. • Evaluates historical 3rd party design review costs to ensure quotes to customers are accurate and comprehensive.
