This role is focused on driving the optimal customer experience across email and in-app touchpoints for Teamwork.com customers. This focus is implemented via strategizing, developing, and executing campaigns to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention across the Teamwork.com suite of products.

This hybrid role is responsible for managing production-focused digital marketing programs and assisting in the planning, processes, infrastructure, analysis, and budgeting of agency resources. As a Resourcing Lead, I support agency resourcing, operations support for the Account Services team, and lead staff training leveraging my operational skills for the benefit of our team members and our clients. This role also supports Mambo’s business development and resource planning, thoughtful implementation of policies and procedures, and will provide institutional knowledge to extend and support our company values.

Work closely with clients on creative projects such as website redesigns, marketing automation, social media marketing, and other integrated programs. Responsible for building deep relationships with clients, providing excellent account strategy and vision, and leading the production team to deliver the highest quality programs for our clients.
