I am a full time student and customer service representative with over 3 years experience serving consumers locally as well as abroad. In my current position I work from home for Sara Glove and manage our customer service and order processing. On a daily basis, I assist clients via phone and email and regularly work with Net30 businesses on bulk orders. I work directly with UPS and Fedex, tracking packages and handling returns. Before I began working at home, I served our local community at Ohio Means Jobs as an administrative assistant. I scheduled meetings, open interviews, checked clients in and out of the office and posted jobs daily in our office as well as on our Facebook page. I helped many members of our community find employment by working with them one on one creating resumes, practicing job interviews and writing emails to potential employers. I am actively pursuing an Associate of Arts degree from SSCC and plan to pursue my bachelor's thereafter in Psychology.
