I led successfully more than 6 projects per year internally and externally for clients such as Nespresso, Special T, Peugeot Saveurs and also small compagnies. Projects = 4 to 11 products, withe 3 to 5 components each. I developed mainly tableware, as well as their packaging. I planed the development, industrialization and or procurement of each single component, ensured fluid and clear information of internal departments so that they could plan the necessary ressources in people and machines for the finish products' copacking.Day to day: - Suppliers briefing (glass, plastic, cardboard...) - Suppliers offers analysis, - Creation of the 1st cost evaluation and offer structuration with Finance and KAM. Risk analysis and validation of the tests to be carried out with Quality. And quotation to the client. - Packaging technical check for printing (and for internal labelling with IT). - Copacking lead:- brief all departments, and folllow up the job of Methods department, - improve the packaging if necessary with Technical Office and suppliers, - ensure the production starts on time and the product complies with the specification. I was also in charge of continuous improvement, cost reduction, packaging refont or reduction.
