About project: I work on the company's core product - the Learning Management System (LMS). I am part of the product team, which includes 5 backend developers, 5 frontend developers, testers, Project Managers (PjM), Product Managers (PM), and Business Analysts (BA).Tasks performed:- Elaboration of business requirements and task decomposition;- Key involvement in project architecture design;- Participation in grooming sessions and review of functional requirements (interacting with Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts);- Development and implementation of RESTful APIs;- Conducting code reviews;- Code coverage with unit tests and bug fixing;Achievements:- Performed a major refactoring of the functionality, resulting in fewer bugs and making it easier to maintain and develop the said functionality;- Implemented a new approach to test launching, resulting in a 5x reduction in test launch time;- Implemented a number of profitable projects for the company, including: integration with the loyalty system, selling mechanics and trial product access, implementing a new type of educational content, and others;- Acted as a mentor for the outstaff team, leading to their increased independence and successful task execution;

About project: A Russian startup specializing in the development and manufacturing of warehouse robots. Working in the core team consisting of three members.Tasks performed:- Development of embedded software for various components of the robotics system.System architecture design;- Development of motion algorithms for mobile robots;- Establishing communication between different system components;- Writing requirements and task assignments for contractors;Achievements:- Developed software for all electronic components of the robot;- Developed software for the control driver of BLDC motors;- Designed protocols for communication between all major system nodes;- Created an algorithm for autonomous robot movement;- During the project, functional mobile robots for warehouse operations were developed;
