• As Bounce’s 1st consumer PM have helped grow the daily dockless rides business from 15,000 rides a day to 150,000 rides per day (10x growth in 10 months).• Launched 2 new business verticals during COVID - long term rentals and bounce shop:○ Worked directly with CEO on GTM and helped build consistent revenue streams during COVID.○ Reached company milestone - 200 monthly rentals/day in under 45 days.○ Increased daily bike sales from 30/day -> 150/day in 30 days by increasing top of the funnel by launchingon the web, app and Whatsapp bot simultaneously.○ Long term rentals - Rs. 1.5 crores monthly revenue and Bounce shop – Rs. 9.3 crores.• Launched Bounce Hyderabad - first city outside Bangalore.• Increased D0 sign-up to first ride activation from 8% to 17%.• Reduced user verification TAT from 100 minutes to 6 minutes.• Led the trust and identity team:○ Reduced false positives in KYC from 10% to 2%. ○ Identified and solved issues in our legacy profile system that cost the company Rs. 4CR.• Reduced referral bonus fraud by 70% saving Rs. 60 lakh/month. • Built digital rewards virtual economy to increase referrals from 3% to 8% of daily signups.• Launched digital RBI wallet - Bounce cash, increasing D30 retention by 13% and reduced payment failures by 18%.• Built an integrated customer care stack to improve support staff efficiency - calling, zendesk and customer data.• Launched Bounce assist - our custom-built self-help tool in the app which reduced customer support manpowercosts by Rs. 44 lakh/month by reducing calls per ride.• Built user profile, NPS, CSAT and survey modules to help research and product teams build feedback loops for customer pulse:○ Customizable and targeted survey platform used to gather 15L survey responses to date.○ Survey platform used by product and business to validate hypothesis and new business verticals -subscription packs , bounce club, bike taxi, kirana, carpooling and peer-to-peer rentals.

Built the automation test framework for ArcOS.Built the visualization tool from the ground-up using django, python, react.Spearheaded the documentation of ArcOS testing framework - Hellfire.Onboarded 2 new hires on to the test team and got them up to speed with the framework and test architecture .
