My content production journey has taken me from the bustling cities of Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to global remote collaborations. It started with a passion for video production and editing, working on TV commercials, social media content, and B2B projects in various agencies and post-production houses.In 2013, I was a Senior Producer/Video Lead, leading and expanding teams in Singapore and Tokyo. Managing content production across APAC, I delved into the unique cultures and markets of each region, traveling extensively and gaining a deep understanding of diverse storytelling techniques.In 2016, as Production Director, I enhanced the content production division by overseeing workflow, budget management, logistics planning, and large-scale creative collaborations. Directing and producing in places like Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Maldives broadened my creative horizon.By 2018, I became Head of Production/Producer at multiple agencies in Singapore, managing regional video and visual content with teams in London, San Francisco, and Sydney. I handled production planning, budgeting, and crew hiring while supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships. Travel to South Korea, Indonesia, and China added depth to my experience.In 2021, I took on the role Head of Studio, leading a team of ten content creators and overseeing social media and digital content production. We produced fifty pieces of content per month, constantly pushing creative and efficiency boundaries. I streamlined processes and collaborated with management to enhance workflow.Since 2020, I’ve embraced remote work as a content production specialist/consultant, including my role with ReAgency Lab in New York. This period has highlighted adaptability and resilience. Managing content creation and video production for international clients has been thrilling. From planning and scripting to shooting and post-production, I ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. Providing expert consultation and directing creative content, I’ve set up remote work processes and facilitated virtual collaboration. Filming and on-site coordination in global locations have kept my work dynamic and engaging.My commitment to excellence, creativity, and innovation has been unwavering throughout my career.
