Current1. Preparing the Classroom Environment - Montessori directress ensures that the classroom is clean, organized, and attractive to the children. This is achieved by setting up materials and furniture that are appropriate for the age group and that promote independence and competency.2. Presenting Montessori Materials - I presents Montessori materials to the children in a way that encourages exploration, experimentation, and self-discovery. I also observe the children's interactions with the materials, identify areas of need, and adjust accordingly.3. Observing and Recording the Progress of the Children: I was continuously observing the children in their classrooms, looking for signs of progress and areas where a child may need additional help. They track each child’s progress through written observations, pictures, and art.4. Encouraging Independence - It is important for me to promote independence in children by providing materials and activities that allow children to work independently, develop their own ideas, and build self-confidence.5. Encouraging Social Skills - I also teach social skills to the children, such as respect for others, collaboration, and conflict resolution through group activities.6. Communicating with Parents - I am communicating regularly with parents to ensure that they are aware of their child’s progress and to answer any questions that they may have.7. Creating a Peaceful and Harmonious Classroom Environment - I creates an environment that is peaceful and harmonious, free from disputes and conflicts. I am teaching the children how to be respectful of each other and how to work together to achieve goals.
