• Currently managing a portfolio of CLEAR-PCA-funded projects under the GEI, focused on M&E initiatives across government sector, and health and gender-related areas. Responsibilities include developing proposal documents and financial reports to ensure alignment with project objectives, managing client relationships, designing program content, and measuring the program’s impact. Also designing a program on Strategic Policy Decision-Making for federal and provincial governments, and a workshop on Innovative Evaluation Frameworks to enhance crisis preparedness in the social sector.• Created knowledge documents to enhance understanding of Pakistan's government and health sectors' M&E landscape, based on qualitative assessments from focus group discussions with government actors.• Led two multi-sector workshops on Energy and Climate Change, and Gender Policy, receiving 93% positive feedback from 47 participants. • Authored a 60-page report on the Energy Workshop and pre-scoping study on Pakistan’s energy transition and emissions reduction, expanding CERP's partnership with Princeton’s Center for Energy and the Environment (ACEE) to address critical energy policy challenges impacting economic growth and macroeconomic stability.• Authored three case studies, including the Growth Monitoring Project (SPDI framework), the World Bank's Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project, and Pakistan’s Lady Health Workers Programme, enabling government participants to evaluate health and human development initiatives, improve data quality, enhance systematic M&E, and optimize cost structures for efficiency.

• Co-led the Building Capacity Using Research Evidence (BCURE) program by Harvard University, conducting 10 training sessions for 400 senior civil officers. Additionally, created 10 end-line reports assessing project implementation and impact, including data analysis using STATA.• Designed and led the Evidence-Based Policy Design: Climate Change Edition workshop in collaboration with international faculty from Princeton University, GEI, and the World Bank, enrolling 25 participants. Achieved a 9% improvement in participants' understanding of evaluation methods, correlation vs. causation, and descriptive statistics through pre-/post-test assessments. Also developed a case study on the PxD weather forecast-based advisory product project using the Smart Policy Design and Implementation (SPDI) framework.• Directed an online M&E Boot Camp for 95 young professionals (70% female), during COVID-19, achieving a 94% satisfaction rate and contributing to employment outcomes, with two alumni securing roles at CERP.• Led an M&E Boot Camp for 21 practitioners at the Federal Planning Commission (MoPDSI), following a needs assessment with policy actors. The training focused on evidence-based decision-making and data-driven policy design for Project Planning (PC-1), with post-training assessments showing improved learning outcomes.• Created a comprehensive 45-page Monitoring and Evaluation Systems Analysis (MESA) Tool for GEI through interviews and extensive secondary research.• Designed and executed the Energy Transition Workshop in collaboration with Princeton University and secured funds for the second edition, enhancing its design for future iterations.

• Assisted buyers and planners with operational and administrative tasks, including confirming purchase orders, managing product master data to maintain accuracy and integrity, and coordinating with suppliers to manage article-related data, ensuring smooth supply chain processes.

• Designed and translated surveys on SurveyCTO, trained enumerators, and compiled data for reports, improving data collection and contributing to baseline and end-line evaluations for government projects.• Organized 20 outreach events connecting female job seekers with employers and maintained relationships with government clients. Successfully enrolled over 4,000 women into the job seekers' roster.

• Conducted surveys in 10 private schools across Punjab on teachers’ appraisal systems, consolidated the results into reports and shared insights with schools to improve their appraisal practices.

Use of Technology in Schools; Senior year Project:Led a pilot research study on the "Contribution of Technology in the Education of Children Living in Rural Areas with No Access to Schools." In collaboration with three NGOs, trained six teachers to use technology in their teaching for 150 students. Compared treatment groups with a control group weekly. Results indicated that while technology did not improve student scores, it did increase student attendance rates.
