On completion of Professional Education in Business Management, with fields like HRM, Marketing, and Finance, the Professional Career Experiences, ranging from Customer Service Representatives, to Entrepreneurial Projects, and currently being Research Analyst, I have gained experience regarding the significance of Organisational and Work-life Management. In terms of understanding the demand and effectiveness of Diversity in Working Culture, along with the complexities and multiple internal and external challenges, I assume that there is still lack of Motivational Consultations and Performance Feedbacks. Hence, my Focus is entirely based on utilising my Consulting and Counselling Skills in the HRM domain, investing the pool of Innovative Motivational Ways that could contribute in regaining the employment productivity levels, through implementing New Performance Measures and Motivational Management.
