Founded in 2017 to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and reliable electric grid, Form has raised over $1.2 billion to-date from leading investors and has projects underway with leading utilities across the United States.As Form’s 2nd finance hire, I helped drive Form's scale-up as the company grew quickly from a 60-person Series B R&D startup to a 700+ person Series E manufacturing company. Over time, I became "finance special ops," supporting the exec team with business critical efforts. Among them: the buildout of Form's half-million sq.ft. battery factory, securing a $290M incentive package from the State of WV to finance its construction, and project leadership for over $1.4B of non-dilutive funding applications.I came to Form from Breakthrough Energy Ventures, a $3.5B VC fund launched by Bill Gates to invest in and scale up climate innovations. I earned my MBA at Wharton, with a concentration in Business, Energy, Environment and Sustainability. I was active on campus, including as founder of Climate Leaders @ Penn, a graduate student fellowship focused on interdisciplinary climate education and community.
