Material Planning:• Coordinate with sales team & participate for sales forecasting process.• Prepare material requirement location/site wise basis sale forecast & inventory. • Material Indenting and inventory co-ordination etc.• Demand planning in coordination with all stakeholders.• Ensure least stock outs and participate with all stake holders for material availability at sites.• Inventory control on all components level.• Preparation of various MIS, such as Ageing of stock, inventory, Stock Cover etc Warehouse Management:• Monitor and Control of End-to-End Warehouse management• Day to day coordination with all WH for operations• Coordination with vendors, WH, & internal stakeholders for material movement.• Ensure WH & related statutory compliances• Monitor & control Inventory• Responsible for Inventory reconciliation• Documentation of Inward, Outward, Delivery Challan, Material Request Note, Site Return Note, Stock Register etc.• Third party physical stock verification on periodic basis and ensure variance analysis & necessary corrections• Coordinate and work Insurance companies for insurance & claim processes.• PR/PO for transport vendor, octroi agent, auditor etc.• SCM related Process & Policy deployment• Responsible warehouse securityLogistic Management:• End-to-End for Intra & Interstate movements• Transport/Vehicle deployment for material pick up & delivery• Transport Co-ordination with Truck/Courier agencies etc., for material delivery• Ensure proper coordination between WH agency and Transporter for pick up and material delivery• Ensure logistic support for WH to Site, Site to WH and Site to Site• Ensure payment to the transporter as well as octroi agent on time• Road Permit, Entry Tax, and Check post related issues• Transit Insurance• Manage Mathadi&Octroi related issues• Proper Packaging of Material before material movement• Arrangement of equipment for loading & unloading of material• POD reporting to users
