In this role, I lead HR Tech strategy and operations for BD. My team has responsibility for operationalizing and optimizing Workday, SuccessFactors (Learning), Visier and Enboarder and evaluating new HR technology that serves our function. I also lead M&A integrations work for the HR Operations team with my team having the responsibility of creating and executing on the integration project plan.

In this role, I lead the Global HR Technology teams responsible for maintaining and evolving our Workday and ServiceNow HR platforms. My team is hyper focused on improving user experience, simplifying processes and surfacing key data that provides actionable insights.
