SundhedsTV is digital podcast and video based health platform. As an Editor, I manage successful disease awareness campaigns aimed at patients, sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.I develop podcast and video formats by writing manuscripts, interviewing patients and health professionals, editing episodes and managing distribution. I create web and social media copy and assets, achieving wide reach and high degree of engagement in the target group for every campaign.

In this role, my time was split between the Branding team (project management) and the Corporate Communications team. In my daily work, I project managed international marketing campaigns, developed corporate communications to support VisitDenmark's overall strategy and supported management with internal and external communications.

In this role, I was responsible for promoting Denmark as a tourist destination across UK media. I developed and planned strategic press activities and campaigns within VisitDenmark's overall brand strategy and secured continuous coverage in national media such as The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Independent, The Times, Sunday Times Travel Magazine etc. I planned and managed more than 100 press trips per year and hosted selected media on trips to Denmark. I also reported effectiveness of campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders with presentations and coverage reports.

Ensured a strong VisitDenmark brand and image through various corporate communication activities such as writing up articles, press releases and weekly newsletters to keep Danish stakeholders updated on VisitDenmark’s work and general tourism trends and figures. Ensured press coverage of high profile campaigns, events and VisitDenmark’s tourism data. Supported the international press team on large scale projects.

Wrote press releases based on new research reports and campaign activities and pitched stories to Danish media.

Planned and coordinated press trips, assisted UK media and bloggers with requests, wrote and distributed pitches, produced coverage reports.

Pitched stories to media, set up PR events and created coverage reports.
