My main tasks: Maintain and update employee core data, responsible for all HR reporting, deliver information to a third party payroll provider, maintain and develop HR IT Systems including LMS. During summer 2017 successfully implemented Successfactors Employee Central and Compensation modules. Completed dataflow integration.

• HR-System Administrator/Project Manager – development of the HR-system, People System, Performance Management module and LMS module – make sure the system supports the constantly changing demands from the stakeholders.
• In cooperation with stakeholders identify the needs and requirements of the system.
• In cooperation with IT – develop and implement solutions to the System. Including all testing and creation of related communication.
• Make sure the changes in the system meet the compliance requirements of the authorities.
• Responsible for validating and changing Core-data at organizational changes in People System.
