Learning Lab is a team of learning professionals in DanChurchAid (DCA). We co-create and facilitate capacity building projects for DCA and partner staff and host the Fabo Learning Community for 30+ NGOs globally.As the learning experience design lead in Learning Lab, I am responsible for research and development related to learning experience design, especially with a focus on digital learning. Together with my colleagues, I facilitate community building activities and initiatives for the Fabo learning community. I also advice on the design of face to face and online and blended learning flows using the Fabo learning platform or other types of learning tech. Finally, I do project management and learning advisory on projects with DCA and partner organisations, including capacity building projects on the Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB), Inclusion of persons with disabilities in development work, and a Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA) to humanitarian and development work.

Assisting Stine Gotved in the course Digital kultur - blog kommunication (Digital Culture - blog communication). I took part in the classes, and worked on the course blog. Towards the ending of the course, I gave the students feed-back on their final paper.I was evaluated by the students and recieved an overall evaluation of 5.78 on a scale from 1 (worst) to 6 (best).
