Serve as officer of AFL-CIO chartered labor union representing 51,000+ professional stage actors and stage managers nationwide, working collaboratively with fellow officers to negotiate and ratify collective bargaining agreements, establish union policy, and oversee policy execution by union’s executive director.- As co-chair of governance committee, oversee all union procedural and electoral structures, working with director of governance and legal counsel to ensure LMRDA compliance.- As member of 2023-24 Council of Stock Theatres Agreement negotiating team, achieved sector-leading 17.4% wage increases over three-year contract term, spearheading effort to achieve time and a half overtime rate, and end practice of allowing six performances within three-day span.- As member of eastern committee for independent theaters, oversee negotiation and participate in ratification of collective bargaining agreements with independent theatrical employers in union’s eastern region (20 states and District of Columbia.)- Elected by fellow officers as trustee of Actors’ Equity Association staff pension plan.

- Theater credits include The Play That Goes Wrong (1700+ performances on national tour and Off-Broadway), The Acting Company, New York Classical Theatre, Guthrie Theater, Virginia Stage, and Northern Stage, among many others. Served as union deputy (steward) under nine distinct CBAs.- Taught and developed curriculum for The Acting Company, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Minneapolis' Children's Theatre Company, among many others. Served as host of Carnegie Hall’s “Musical Explorers” children’s concert series (2012-2018), and New Jersey Symphony Orchestra’s Family Concert Series (2015-2017).

Served as member of union’s senior officer corps — holding seats on both executive and house affairs (budget) committees — and as chair of union’s eastern regional board, overseeing and synthesizing all regionally-specific policy, bargaining priorities, and contract negotiation and ratification.- As member of 2020 Off-Broadway Agreement negotiating team, achieved industry-leading continuation of health coverage payments for workers furloughed due to COVID shutdown, as well as guarantee of recall within 18 months.
