With over 15+ years of experience, I am passionate about growing and scaling interesting businesses. In my current role as co-founder and CEO at Guapa (Restaurant in Goa, India), I started the business from scratch. Hiring a rockstar team, scaling business operations to sustainable levels, managing key stakeholders, fostering partnerships, budgeting and forecasting, digital and social media marketing, operations management, customer relationship management, and even negotiating at the fish market—these are just some of the things I am involved with. In my previous role at ZAPR, I was responsible for heading and scaling new revenue streams for the company. My last stint was scaling growth for a big data product where we utilized first-party data for app-based businesses to help them with their user profiling, media buying strategies, and measuring campaign performance across television and digital mediums. I was responsible for fostering and maintaining CXO-level relationships across these companies. My team and I engaged with clients across different regions of India, ensuring we met and exceeded their needs and expectations.Having successfully put Guapa on a sustainable path, I am now exploring new opportunities in AI and tech, eager to bring my expertise in revenue operations and strategic growth to innovative companies in these fields.
