I’m passionate about building great teams and a business culture that supports growth and high performance.As Interactive’s Managing Director – Systems I lead the business which is known as the largest vendor independent hardware maintenance provider in Australia and New Zealand.Prior to this role, I was Interactive’s Chief Revenue Officer where I was accountable for Interactive’s revenue growth and for the performance of all revenue related functions including sales, customer success, pricing and revenue operations.My genetic code is very much aligned with Arnold Schwarzenegger (trust yourself, break some rules, don’t be afraid to fail, ignore the naysayers, work like hell, and give something back) and Albert Einstein (if you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough).I have a Degree in Applied Science majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Over the years I have found a correlation between complex sales pursuits and the science of mathematical methods. I’ve previously held executive positions with CSC (now DXC), GE Capital and Ferntree Computer Corporation.I’m a fanatical surfer. As the saying goes ‘only a surfer knows the feeling’. When I’m not working or spending time with my family (two girls 16 & 19), I will be found surfing Victoria’s amazing coastlines or the Indonesian archipelago.
