Used artificial intelligence skills to develop products that measurably and efficiently improve maintenance and top-line growth. Applying object-oriented principles for software development and taking responsibility for getting the job done on time of these two following projects:1. Fault detection project• Developed Machine Learning Model Random Forest Classification to bearing dataset for feature selection and fault detection. I explored the bearing data set and cleaned it before applying the random forest model.• I did hyperparameter tuning by hand before evaluating the model. As result, predicting 95% of machine downtime.2. Energy consumption and energy efficiency optimization project• Completed this project by applying the LSTM model, ARIMA model, and random forest regression to test the best model to predict the energy consumption of the intake tower of Monroe Lake Water Treatment Plant based on the past data.• Ended up choosing the ARIMA model that gives better performance by giving the lowest Mean Absolute Error. With this study, I have learned the application of deep learning in real-world messy data and the effort of doing real data engineering for efficient measurement of the KPI (Key performance indicator).
