Contracted to re-engineer key VI, Storage and HPC Infrastructure. I designed the HPC system with a 2048 Core Linux based HPC Supercomputer using HP Hardware, NVIDEA v100s GPU's and a 750TB ZFS based Lustre Storage. Now enlarging the HPC with a 750TB BeeGFS Storage Layer and additional Dell A100 GPU Nodes. Daily tasks include support and maintain a Dell VxRail VMWare 7 cluster and several additional Standalone VMWare 6/7 clusters on Dell Hardware. Implemented a 4.2PB PowerStore Storage Arrays for Research Data storage with AD integration. Implemented PRTG/SNMP Monitoring solution and built all the VM's and HPC using SaltStack scripts as a real IaS implementation.Now 3 years on, re-engineering ICT Infrastructure for the next 3 years.
